1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer (the "Offer") and sets out the terms of use for the Chattr app and the Chattr Pro subscription (the "Service"). By paying for a subscription or using the Service, you accept the terms of this Offer in full.

2. Service Description

Chattr is a messenger that provides private and secure communication. The Chattr Pro subscription lets users support the app's development and gain access to additional features.

3. Subscription Terms

The Chattr Pro subscription is purchased on the website and paid for according to the selected plan. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled by the user before the start of a new billing period.

4. Payment

Payment is made in Russian rubles (₽) using one of the methods offered on the website. The payment date is the day the funds are received. The subscription price is shown on the website before payment.

5. Provision of the Service

The subscription is activated automatically once payment is confirmed. The service is considered rendered from the moment access to subscription features is provided. The method of delivery is digital access through the Chattr website. Activation is instant after payment confirmation. There is no territorial restriction on where the service is provided.

6. User Rights and Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not share access to their account with third parties.
  • Not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other unlawful activity.
  • Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service.

7. Provider Rights and Obligations

The provider agrees to:

  • Keep the Service operational in accordance with its stated description.
  • Not store or analyze user data.
  • Notify users of changes to the terms of use.

The provider may suspend a user's access if the terms of this Offer are violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The provider does not warrant uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for temporary outages caused by technical reasons or the actions of third parties. The provider is not responsible for actions taken by the user through the Service.

The provider may make changes to this Offer. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
