General Provisions
This Refund Policy applies to the Chattr Pro subscription purchased on the Chattr website. By paying for a subscription, you agree to the terms set out below.
Right to a Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of your first subscription payment if the service does not match its stated description or you have not used the service.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued when the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
- The subscription has not been actively used for more than 7 days.
- The account has not been blocked for violating the terms of use.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since payment.
- The subscription has been actively used for more than 7 days.
- The terms of use have been violated.
- A refund has already been issued for this account.
Automatic Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time before a new period begins. If the subscription was not cancelled before the charge, a refund for the current paid period is issued in accordance with the conditions above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send a message to mkabaevuk@gmail.com stating the email address linked to your account and the reason for the refund. Requests are reviewed within up to 10 business days. Refunds are issued using the same method the payment was made with.
